There is only one week remaining to finish this school year. We have lots of activities planned for the last week of this school year. Please see the summary of them below my message. 

Wonderful EOCT Results

I am so happy to inform our community that once again 100% of our Geometry and Algebra students passed EOCT test at the exceeding level. Congratulations to students and the Math department for this great achievement.

Congratulations to Joey Krafchick

For the second year in a row FSA 7th Grader, Joey Krafchick  won 2nd place amongst 104 teams from around the country at the 2008 National School Scrabble Championship in Providence, Rhode Island. Joey and his partner represented the Atlanta Tucker Community Center and these runners up earned $2,000.

FSA Governing Board Meeting will be tomorrow at 9:00am at FSA Cafeteria. Everyone is invited!

SUMMARY OF UPCOMING ACTIVITIES 

6th GRADE SPACE CAMP - May 16-18

FSA 6th Grade students are invited to join the annual 6th grade field trip to SPACE CAMP where teamwork, self confidence and communication will be achieved through state-of-the-art simulations, missions, rocket building and robotics

8th Grade Graduation Picnic - Sunday, May 18 at 1:00PM

All 8th graders and their families are invited to join their classmates on Sunday, May 18, 2008  between 1-3:30 PM at Wills Park, Alpharetta for a fun filled day to start off their last week at FSA.

Talent Show - May 19, 20, 21 between 1:45pm and 3:45pm

6th Grade, May 19 / 7th Grade, May 20 / 8th Grade, May 21

Penultimate / Field Day - Thursday, May 22 at FSA.

Each grade will hold their own events.

Friday - Graduation & Award Ceremony

8th Grade Graduation at 9:00am in Gym. Come dresses in your finest.

6th Grade Award Ceremony - 1:30pm - It is UNIFORMS for 6th graders.

7th Grade Award Ceremony - 2:45pm - It is UNIFORMS for 7th graders.
