Anti-Idling Campaign "Surprize" Patrol

Anti-Idling Campaign: Many thanks to the 27 (out of 51 total) drivers who weren't idling in the carpool line during the "surprize" patrol on Tuesday in the 85 degree heat. Every time you turn off your engine rather than idling you save gas and help reduce pollution.

We also gave "thank-you" compact flourescent bulbs to the bus drivers and teachers that help with anti-idling as part of "Smog Awareness" and "Anti-Idling Appreciation". The Recycle Club students helped with the events.
