The Fulton County School System invites you to spend a few minutes giving your input during its annual Parent Perception Survey. The survey runs from March 1 through April 2, and the answers you provide will be used for school improvement planning.
A perception survey measures how you feel about different aspects of your child’s overall education in Fulton County, rather than gathering information about individual teachers or your school’s performance. Please be assured that your identity and that of your child cannot and will not be shared with any school official.
The survey will be available online. If you prefer to fill out a paper survey, copies will be available in the front office. Your answers will be combined with those of other parents and shared with teachers and the principal for school improvement planning. Your identity and that of your child will remain confidential.
If you have questions about the survey, please call the Assessment and Accountability Division at 404-763-4598. Thank you for your feedback.

Every Student Can Make A Difference! WE CAN EARN UP TO $20,000 FOR OUR SCHOOL THROUGH BOX TOPS! Contest runs March 15 - May 10. The grade that collects the most box tops will win a dress down day on May 12th, a certificate for a free Sonic ice cream, and a certificate for a free Sonic lemonade. The top five students, regardless of grade, will win special goodie bags with various items like itune cards, Microsoft USB, Sonic certificates, etc. We are still collecting items for these bags from sponsors and donations. (IF YOU OR YOUR COMPANY WOULD LIKE TO DONATE PRIZES FOR THIS CONTEST IT WOULD BE MOST APPRECIATED – contact Angela at

Students need to put box tops in zip lock bags or envelopes labeled with both their name and grade. The box tops need to be dropped into one of the three bins located below the Character Ed bulletin board. The bins are clearly marked 6th, 7th, and 8th grades.
Please, turn in your box every week instead of holding them until the end. It will be announced every Monday which grade is in the lead. On Wednesday, May 10th, I will collect the last of the box tops and count them. On Thursday, May 11th, Mr. Greene will announce the winning grade in the morning announcements. The grade that won will be permitted to dress down on Friday, May 12th. We will, also, announce and handout the 5 special prizes to individual students on May 12th. IMPORTANT THINGS:Cut out the logo or certificates on the boxes, wrappings, or bags that have a DOTTED LINE around them. Sometimes they are even on the inside of the boxes. If you see the Box Top logo on an item then look carefully on all sides of the packaging, because sometimes there are more than one Box Top on the packages. Students can get box tops from home, from relatives, from their parent's friends and co-workers, and from neighbors or friends without young children. They can ask their places of worship to help, too. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

We would like to share a need with you that our school currently has and ask for your contributions to this great cause, STUDENT SAFETY!
One of our big challenges in maintaining a safe environment for our students is that we are not able to be everywhere at all times and therefore not able to witness issues as they happen. Often times, situations happen and we are left looking for evidence to find out exactly how the events took place. Our precious students and their belongings would be much safer, if only we could see how the events occurred. Actually, the answer to this question is simple and already in use in almost all schools now, SECURITY CAMERAS!
