Every year all students in Fulton County schools are required to re-submit an Affidavit of Residency form. The forms must be notarized and submitted to FSA by the first day of school on August 11, 2008. Notary services are available at FSA, banks, post offices and many grocery stores. If you move during the school year, a new Affidavit of Residency is required.
