Math 1” three-ring black binder: FSA math texts are hole-punched paperbacks and must be kept in the black math binder. Supply of ruled notebook paper to keep in binder. Supply of hole-punched graph paper: Consider using graph paper for all math work, rather than lined notebook paper. 5-section notebook dividers with tabs: students are responsible for keeping a math notebook. Dividers will be labeled in class the first week of school. Scientific calculator (ex. TI 30x) No graphing calculators! An appropriate calculator will perform basic math functions including square root. We discourage use of any calculators that store text. (Also required for science classes.) Clear ruler with both inches and centimeters. Select one with holes in the center so it can be kept in the binder. Supply of pencils, lead, erasers, portable pencil sharpener. Art Students are asked to bring in a box or refill package of baby wipes for the Art room. We use these instead of the sink to efficiently clean the student’s hands and workspace.
